Start of Omer Count

Starting the Count towards Shavuot

Today is the day when we are commanded to start the Omer Count counting to 50 days which will bring us to YHVH’s next Mo’ed–Shavout (Feast of Weeks) also known as Pentecost.

Leviticus 23:15-16
(15)  ‘And from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, you shall count for yourselves: seven completed Sabbaths.
(16)  ‘Until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath you count fifty days, then you shall bring a new grain offering to YHVH.

Shavout will take place on Saturday evening 05.23.2015 to Sunday evening 05.24.2015.  The counting begins today!   We have 49 days left.

7th Day Unleavened Bread Gathering

On 04.11.2015

We are commanded to gather on the 1st day and the 7th day of the Unleavened Bread.
Leviticus 23:7-8
(7)  ‘On the first day you have a set-apart gathering, you do no servile work.
(8)  ‘And you shall bring an offering made by fire to YHVH for seven days. On the seventh day is a set-apart gathering, you do no servile work.’ ”

Since we already gather on the 1st day when we do our Pesach Supper on the 14th of Aviv entering into the 15th of Aviv which is the 1st day of Unleavened Bread.

Let us gather on the 7th day of Unleavened Bread which will be on 04.11.2015 (which also falls on Shabbat).   We will gather at the usual time we normally gather for Shabbat Online–3p Eastern and 2p Central.   We will not have Shabbat Online on 04.11.2015, instead we will be having a gathering for the 7th Day Unleavened Bread.

Or you can click on the picture here:    We are using the same meeting room where we gather on Shabbat.  When you click the Shabbat Online icon, you will be taken to a screen that will ask you to type your name (Make sure you choose Guest not Login and Password). Then after clicking “Enter Room” you will be brought into the meeting room where you can interact with other believers far and wide via video.

YHVH will kneel before you presenting gifts and will guard you with a hedge of protection,
YHVH will illuminate the wholeness of his being toward you bringing order and he will beautify you,
YHVH will lift up his wholeness of being and look upon you and he will set in place all you need to be whole and complete (Numbers 6:24-26)
