Take Up Your Stake

Shabbat Shalom Achim (brothers and sisters in Hebrew)

This week is the Torah Portion is called Lekh Lekha which means “Go for yourself” YHVH was telling Abram to get himself out of where he was and to go where YHVH wanted him to go.

This lesson clarifies the true Hebraic understanding of what Yahushua was telling His disciples and anyone who desired to follow Him. This lesson explains, what I believe is the correct understanding, of what we are supposed to do when Yahushua asks us to pick up our stakes and follow Him.

As we reach a deeper understanding of scriptures, we need to remove inaccurate and erroneous teaching that are not in line with scripture and replace them with what YHVH has shown us to be His truth.

יברכך יהוה וישׁמרך׃
יאר יהוה פניו אליך ויחנך׃
ישׂא יהוה פניו אליך וישׂם לך שׁלום׃

YHVH will kneel before you presenting gifts and will guard you with a hedge of protection,
YHVH will illuminate the wholeness of his being toward you bringing order and he will beautify you,
YHVH will lift up his wholeness of being and look upon you and he will set in place all you need to be whole and complete (Numbers 6:24-26)

Have a blessed Shabbat.

Walk

Shabbat Shalom Achim (brothers and sisters in Hebrew)

This week is the Torah Portion is called Noach (Noah) . Noach is the one who had a close intimate relationship with YHVH our Elohim. In this lesson, I share with you how we can have that close intimate relationship. This requires us to change our life, and to move towards the correct path that YHVH wants us to go.

This will be difficult for many of us for it requires that we have complete trust in YHVH to take care of us while we are on that path. However, once we start walking on that ancient path, YHVH will make sure we learn His ways and bless us as we grow.

Shalom,

Understanding Elohim

Shabbat Shalom Achim (brothers and sisters in Hebrew)

This is the beginning of my weekly Torah Portion. For the next year, each week, I will be teaching from the Torah Portion. In one year, we will go through the whole Torah from Genesis to Deuteronomy.

This week is the Torah Portion called Bereshit which means “In the beginning”.  This lesson is a very important one as it helps set us up for the entire year as we read the Torah. This is equally important in our lives because we will come away from the lesson with a deeper understanding of who Elohim is and what He means to us.

I will be teaching what Elohim means because many people do not really have the correct understanding of what Elohim means and to do this we must go to the Hebrew language as well as with a Hebraic mindset.

Shalom,
